Position: Defender

Biography: After retiring, Barrett obtained a degree in sports science and did his UEFA Coaching badges. He began working for Manchester City as an events organiser, before moving to Oldham Athletic as the U16 team coach. In 2008 he was part of a consortium that attempted to purchase Port Vale, however the deal never came off. He is currently U16 youth coach at Stoke City.
