Deacy, Eamonn Sadly, Eamonn passed away due to a heart attack on 13/02/12 in his home town of Galway.

Deacy, Eamonn A raw kid when he started but Acey could play. One if the 14 in 1981, proof that you can come from obscurity to become a champion. I remember Eamonn scoring the winner at villa park out of nothing. He was the proudest player to have scored a goal I ever saw. A scawny kid he was mobbed by his teammates. Such a shame he was playing for Ireland in May 1982 and missed the European Cup success. RIP Eamonn Deacy
