Finnigan, Trevor I worked with Trevor at Lychett Matravers near Poole. At the time you were the manager at Yeovil Town. You asked me to come and play for Yeovil, but I was making more money plastering. I remember you also played for Dorchester Town. Hope you are well and enjoying life.

Finnigan, Trevor Have supported Runcorn FC all my life (Now called Runcorn Linnets, North West Counties League)
I remember Trevor arriving from New Brighton FC.
He was the best footballer i ever saw for Runcorn, & that includes some belters, Barry Whitbread, Eddie Moss, Jimmy Coombs, Alan Foster, etc.
I remember he went to Blackpool, & later Bournemouth, & then settled in that area.
Someone told me he became ill & died in his early thirties.... i am so glad that seems to be so wrong.
The best footballer i ever saw for Runcorn, & i heard he was a good man off the field too.
What a player.

Finnigan , Trevor Knew Trevor when he was at Everton, married a lovely girl from Chester and had 2 great kids, we used to go drinking in Chester and had some great times, he was a fantastic footballer and even played for the Highfield pub in Chester after he left Everton, he went on to play for Runcorn and Blackpool before moving south, hope you are keeping well big man, Johnny Jones.
