Firmani, Eddie In season 73-74 Eddie was given the managers job at Bromley in the Isthmian League. romley had been a force in the past but had fallen on hard times but their history was legend. I was at Sutton United but left and signed for Bromley because of Eddie. Eddie left two weeks later and Bromley suffered because of his departure. A chap called Danny Murphy took over........ Say no more.....

Firmani, Eddie We lived next door to the Robinsons in Charlton. As a very young boy Pat who later married Eddie used to take me with her on shopping trips on a Saturday. I remember having a kick about in their garden with her dad. Nice childhood memories.
I have been a life long Charlton fan and have followed Eddie’s journey. Sending my very best wishes. Cheers Joe Langha

Firmani, Eddie He took us for football when I was at school (1968) he was always very determined to get the best out of us. Also very very smartly dressed and had a great car, a bit flash! Mind you he did have the money, charisma and talent. Also my girlfriend at the time used to go into a deep swoon every time she laid eyes on him. In short, one of the greats of the beautiful game. x

FIRMANI, Eddie Eddie & Joanna lived in our development, Forest Glen in Naples Florida for a few years. I remember Eddie was always a barrel of laughs. We had some good times with them. Eddie injured his ankle & had a hard time recovering from that injury. Eventually they moved out of Forest Glen & we lost track of each other. Wherever you are Eddie, Best Wishes to you & Joanna from Loretta & I.

FIRMANI, Eddie Eddie was my hero at Southend United in the mid-60’s. A skilful and exciting goal scorer, I even painted his picture on my school technical drawing folder. If anyone knows how to get hold of him, we are trying to contact him to join Southend United Ex-Players Association ((SUEPA). Email bryan.woodford@hotmail.co.uk if you have any news please.
