Galvin, Tony We played Trent polytechnic in polytechnic team only once or twice - he was far too good for us and then went off to Spurs - in contrast I ended up in third division of Wrexham area district league!!!

Galvin, Tony My father Harold played with Tony at Goole Town in 1976. Can anyone tell him my dad died on Good Friday? Does he keep in touch with any other players? For example: Tony Taylor, Mally Thompson, Dave Williams. Alan Turner was manager at the time. Thanks in advance.

Galvin, Tony Just a quick question for Tony can he remember his pre football days? 1973. I assume it was summer break from education, you worked at a company called Naylors (slave labour) Denby Dale they produced clay pipes tiles etc ! You were only there for few weeks if I remember correctly! During WW2 they had prisoners doing the work ! I only lasted a few more months and jumped ship, it was brilliant watching you playing for Spurs. Played footy for penistone and in 71/72 linked with the Owls !
