Biography: After retiring at the age of 28, Goodman joined Reading as a sports scientist in the summer of 2005, as well as earning himself a sports science degree from the Roehampton Institute. He also worked as a conditioning coach for the Northern Ireland international team in the nation's Euro 2008 qualification stages before moving to run the sports performance company Think Fitness.
