Horton, Brian I was the referee of a friendly match between Luton town and Vauxhall Motors. Brian was Luton’s skipper. After the match, Brian a known referee hater, came up to me shook my hand saying "I’ve never met you before". I replied, "I don’t do the Football League". "Christ!" said Brian "you’re much better than the ref we had Saturday". I left feeling ten feet tall.

Horton, Brian I will always remember Brian as he was married to one of my best friends. My stepdad fell over and had a really bad cut on top of his head, Brian took him up to the hospital for us, knight in shining armour!
