Iley, Jim As a young boy I met Jim Iley at a friendly match against my local Irish team Coleraine FC. Peterborough were on an Irish tour late 60s. I got him to sign his autograph in my scrapbook. His photo was with his Newcastle shirt. Good luck.

Iley, Jim I can recall many times during the 50s up at White Hart Lane watching the likes of Jim G and the team playing the midfield we had then was bloody fantastic Danny B, Dave M and of course Jim I. Back line of Peter Baker, Ron Henry and a great goal keeper Billy Brown. The forward line was not bad: Smithy Jimmy Cliff Jones Jim White and Medwin on the wing. Not bad first time cup and league double.

Iley, Jim I remember Jim Iley's first game with Newcastle. He made pin point cross field passes that hadn't been made at St James' Park in years. The crowd wowed! I wowed too!

Iley, Jim I am jims ileys sister now living in Spain ha ha

Iley, Jim Jim built the foundations for stabilising Barnsley FC financially, which enabled Allan Clark to start the clubs climb back to the Second Division. He was unfairly criticised by fans for selling players, but this was needed to get the club on even keel.
