Biography: A full back he played in the Football League between 1961-72. He made 185 appearances in the Football League but this would have been a lot more if his career had not been blighted by injuries which forced him to retire aged 28. He went on to play briefly for Bath City & Basingstoke Town. He worked at Southampton Docks first as a checker then as a crane driver. He lived with his wife at Chandlers Ford and was an accomplished snooker player and coach. He died on 27th December 2012 aged 68.
