LINDSAY, Alec I remember Alec Lindsay being at Stoke for a while towards the end of the 1970s. Still a decent player at the time. Scored quite a few goals for a full back.

LINDSAY, Alec Born in Bury and lived in the 'dicky bird' estate area. I think his parents may have lived in the Bolton Road area of Bury at some point. Alec Lindsay ran a pub in Leigh, Lancashire called the Foundry Arms during the 1990's. I don't know any more since then.
