Palmer, Geoff Geoff, you won't know me but I worked with your father-in-law Alf Rawdones for many years at Goodyear. He got you to help out with tickets from time to time all so he got a shirt off you for me. I was wondering if you would be willing to sign it for me please?

Palmer, Geoff I had the pleasure of playing with Geoff for Cannock Schoolboys team when we were both 11-12 years old. How time flies and what a wonderful career he had.

Palmer, Geoff I taught Geoff at Secondary School where he excelled at all sports. He played fly half in my under 13 Rugby team and dropped a goal in only his second match. I was the referee and has he ran back past me he asked if he had scored. He had been watching the Rugby league on the TV and had seen someone do a drop kick.
