Biography: Remains Manchester City's youngest ever player after making his debut at 16 in April 1962. After his playing career finished he went on to coach the clubs youth team and then worked in security.

Pardoe, Glyn I am not a footballer but I once had the honour of playing the game against Glyn. It was at Weaverham Secondary school Cheshire some time in the late fifties or early sixties. Glyn's team visited us in some interschool competition. I can't remember the score but I think Weaverham lost that one! Glyn stood out as the one player who could play the game. Thereafter he played I think for Mid Cheshire under Mr Booth, for England youth and of course for Manchester City. That I played football against Glyn Pardoe is one of my party stories!
