Rafferty, Billy My dad saw Billy score a hat trick. I think. Cardiff were winning 3-1 with not too long to go. When my Dad first told me this story Billy scored his goals within 30mins but every time he retold it, it got better each time. Just before my Dad passed away it was the quickest 5 minutes goal spree known to the football league. Billy Rafferty( Carlisle United)3 Cardiff City 3
