Rougvie, Doug Doug Rougvie arrived at Chelsea from Aberdeen. On leaving Chelsea he was actually transferred from Chelsea to Brighton not Shrewsbury. From Shrewsbury he came to Fulham and stayed for ½ a season (1989). He was then transferred to Dunfermline Athletic. He ended his playing career by becoming Player/Manager of Montrose !!
