Biography: Joined United initially on loan and ended up playing in the 1990 FA Cup Final replay win over Crystal Palace, after a horror show by Jim Leighton. Signed permanently and became a cult hero after playing in the Cup Winner's Cup Final victory over Barcelona, he left for Aston Villa after only being offered a one year deal but rejoined United on a free transfer to act as understudy to Peter Schmeichel. He played in the League Cup Final defeat to Aston Villa before being given a free transfer and moving to Blackpool. Sealey was appointed player-goalkeeper coach of West Ham United in 1999. He died of a heart attack on the 19th August 2001, aged 43.
