Position: Striker

Biography: England Striker with 63 caps and 30 goalscame through the ranks at Saints before ending up at hometown club Newcastle where he achieved legendary status. Since retirement he became an ambassador for Newcastle United as well as working as a television football pundit for the BBC. During the 08/09 season he became manager of Newcastle United until there relegation from the Premiership, to which he switched back to his television duties.
