Birthplace: Menstrie, Scotland

Position: Full-back

Biography: A full back who made 478 football league appearances between 1961-77 winning 8 caps for England in 1963/64. He became player coach at Connecticut Bicentennials in 1977 for 2 years before returning to England to become player manager of Stafford Rangers. After his playing career finished he ran a sports shop in Sedgley & also coached youngsters. He died of prostate cancer in 2009 aged 65.
