Biography: He won 29 caps for Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland, played twice for the Irish League and was named reserve for the Great Britain side. Walsh owned a sports-shop and newsagents in Droitwich was later to run holiday homes in Thurlestone and Kingsbridge near Plymouth where he retired in 1984.(Won promotion to Division One with WBA in 1959)
