Biography: A glorious career began at Chelsea, with a debut in 1973 at the age of 17. A midfield playmaker with superb passing ability, he was made the club's youngest ever captain just 12 months later. He led the Blues to promotion to the First Division, earning himself the first of his back to back Player of the Year awards, the second coming after he returned from a groin injury to guide the club to safety. In the 1978/79 season, he stopped enjoying his football and was relieved of the captaincy by Danny Blanchflower. When the club was relegated, he rejoined former boss Dave Sexton at Manchester United in a £825,000 deal Has managed QPR and Fulham, held various other coaching and management jobs and is currently the club's assistant manager. Also provided the voice over for Tango adverts in the 1990's and worked for Sky television as a pundit for a number of years.

Wilkins, Ray Butch' also spent successful spells at AC Milan, Rangers and Paris St Germain at the peak of his powers. Sacked by Roman Abramovic in his second spell as a Chelsea, for enjoying a glass of red wine and questioning the oligarch's knowledge of football.
