Yeoman, Ray Ray Yeoman lived in the shadow of Ayesome Park with his family while he was a Professional Footballer for Middlesbrough FC in the 1960's. I was a young School Boy and lived on Addison Road.
On an evening after school I remember walking a few doors along Addision Road with a football under my arm. Knocking on Ray's door and he would walk down to the Gates of Ayresome Park and give tips on football skills to me and friends with our Plastic Toy Football.
Wonderful Gentleman.

Yeoman, Ray Ray and his wife ran a corner shop on Clynes Road in Eston-grange. He used to give me messages for my dad every Sunday when I would collect the papers. Usually something about football as my dad was from Glasgow and was a Rangers fan. Lovely gentleman.
