Clubs played for: Colchester United, Manchester City, Northampton Town, Bradford City, Northampton Town, Peterborough United, Luton Town, Colchester United, Heybridge Swifts (1981-2000)

 

Biography: Born in Bethnal Green, London. Started his football career as an apprentice with Colchester United, where he scored 98 goals in 210 League appearances, before joining Manchester City. After just fifteen starts and five goals for city he moved to Northampton in exchange for Trevor Morley. He continued to score prolifically in the lower leagues eventually returning to Colchester to end his league career. Adcock was inducted into Colchester's Hall of Fame in 2008
