Armstrong, David Whe I was young I used to sell matchday programmes for Waterlooville FC. Always had to report to David Armstrong for cashing up after. Was always a top bloke and a nice guy to me and my brother. Very sad to hear of his passing today.

Armstrong, David I remember going round David's house for a play date with his son in the mid to late 80's. I distinctly remember his son wanting to give me a Transformer Decepticon toy but my mum wouldn't let me have it...weird memory.

Armstrong, David I was doing a FA coaching course in Durham. David was taking free kicks lined up against defensive walls he had one of the best left foots in the business, what power, accuracy. 40 years ago when balls were real balls !!! He could swerve it with ease, educated left foot. Nice lad from Durham.

Armstrong, David David Armstrong went to the same school as me but was a few years older than me and already playing for Boro. I saw him once coming out of a house near the school and said hello. I told him I was a Boro fan and he told me all about their recent matches, I didn't have a clue what he was talking about as I was and still am only a casual follower of the team!
