Biography: Busst was forced to retire from injury in 1996 after breaking his right leg badly whilst playing for Coventry against Manchester United. After retirement Busst did his UEFA coaching badges where he worked for Coventry City as a community coach and the community director. He then went on to manage non-league sides Evesham United and Solihull Borough. He is currently a coach at non league Highgate United, as well as playing in the odd game.
