Born: 1967

Biography: A tough, uncompromising, hard tackling Centre-half, arrived in November 1989 in a £306,000 deal from Bayern Munich. Soon formed a decent partnership with Ken Monkou. Although popular with the fans, he found himself out of favour for almost two and a half seasons until David Webb was appointed manager and restored him to the first team. He continued to go from strength to strength and won the Player of the Year award in 1996, but within 12 months had decided to go home to Norway. He has since managed a number of clubs and is currently player developer at Lillestrom SK.
