Biography: Became Pompey's record signing when a fee of £2.5 million was paid to Italian side Modena. The French-Senegalese striker struggled to find consistent form and was troubled by a series of injuries and after less than a year was sold on to West Brom. Currently registered as a Fulham player but joined Celtic on loan in February 2010.
