Biography: A well built wing half who made his only first team outing against WBA in April 1914 and returned to the reserves for the last season before the outbreak of World War One. Was still registered as a Chelsea player when he became one of the last British 'Tommy's' to be killed in France before the armistice was signed in October 1918.
