Biography: Frenchman Pamarot was part of the deal that bought Sean Davis and Pedro Mendes from Spurs in 2006 for a combined fee of £7.5 million. In fact, this represented a return to the club as he had previously had a loan spell at Fratton Park in the1999-2000 season. Although he notched up 80 appearances in his three year stay, he was released at the end of his contract in 2008. Rather appropriately for a strong defender, he joined Spanish team Hercules.
