Biography: Born 25th September 1980. Was a former Plymouth boys player who made 176 appearances for the Devon club. Played under manager Paul Sturrock at Plymouth,Sheffield Wednesday and Swindon before spells at Torquay, Forest Green Rovers (loan) and Turo City (loan). Was released by Torquay in May 2010 and signed for Turo City in July 2010
