Biography: Since retiring in 1999, Paul did his FA Coaching level 2 certificate as well as training in management of injuries and emergency first aid. He also qualified to coach disabled footballers. He also spent time coaching for Birmingham County FA, Adidas and Sutton College Football Academy. Since 2000 he has run saturday soccer classes for disabled children at Whittington FC. He was given the 2009 Staffordshire Coach of the year award.
