Biography: The 'Yak' joined Pompey in January 2001, initially on loan and his goals helped secure promotion to the Premiership. Moved to Middlesbrough for 7.5 million at the end of the 2004 /5 season and was then transferred to Everton in August 2007 for 11.25m. Nigerian international and has scored more premiership goals than any other African player.
