Allen, Dennis Hi there, I got to know Denis very well having served in the Army with him during service in Malaya in 1959-1961,he became a good friend and played together during our time in Malaya.My greatest memory of Denis was when he guested playing for Malaya on a few occasions whilst he was there. I did meet Denis after leaving the Army with us both living in Dagenham, it was with great sadness I learnt of his premature death, but will always remember him as a good friend and the times he was on the receiving end of one of my haircuts!! Remembering Denis Allen.
