Banton, Dale I grew up with Dale in Wembley and we played for the same youth team for many years. Roe Green FC from Kingsbury NW9. He then went on to play for North Greenford youth Dale was being watched at about 15 by West Ham who eventually signed him. Unfortunately he received little support to get to games and trials so my Dad used to pick him up and get him there.
I spent hours driving round with him playing or watching. I think he lived in Alperton near Wembley around that time
