Position: Wing-half

Biography: Wing half who played over 250 games for Man City, and won representative honours with the Football League XI. Father of Peter, was Chief scout for the Maine Road Club until late 1994. Later set up a youth football initiative in Malaysia called Ken Barnes Soccer Skills. He is now retired and lives in Macclesfield. (Played in both 1955 and 1956 FA Cup finals). Ken died on 14th July 2010, he had been suffering from lung cancer.
