Biography: A striker born on 13 July 1979 in Cardiff. Bellamy began his nomadic career with Bristol Rovers youth team before moving onto a relatively successful career with a variety of England's Premier League clubs including two spells with his most recent club Liverpool. Also collecting over 60 Welsh caps along the way. No stranger to controversy Bellamy is alleged to have been involved in several violent incidents, although he has never been convicted. The less well known side of Bellamy is his charitable work in Sierra Leone, where he has personally spent over a million pounds in setting up the Craig Bellamy Foundation for disadvantaged children a not-for-profit football academy in the Kono region
