Bond, Dennis I used to watch Walthamstow schoolboys at a ground in Billet Road E17. They were a talented team who got to the final of the English Schools Cup. Dennis was an extremely speedy right winger at the time. I was the Walthamstow 100m and 200m junior sprint champion in those days but am certain that Dennis would have left me in his smoke over 50m. Never have forgotten his lightning fast runs down the right. Great Player! I hope he remains well and remembers the early days in Walthamstow.

Bond, Dennis Dennis was our coach when we played in the Sunday Leagues in the Hertfodshire area for Rolenmil Youth. He also took us to Spurs training ground in Cheshunt to play a Cup Semi Final. We all beneffited from his knowledge.

Bond, Dennis I went to school with Dennis, and played with and against him in school matches in Walthamstow on a pitch behind the school where the the ball rolled down the slope with out touching it.
Great days, great memories.

Geoffrey Lowen I played with Denis during the early 60s in Walthamstow league on Sunday mornings. Also went to Watford with him and played in a tour of Amsterdam in the company of Ron Burgess who was retired Spurs player and manager of Watford then. It would be nice to catch up with Denis after all these years

Bond, Dennis Dennis helped to train and coach us in the London League and Spartan League. Learnt a lot from Dennis, respected him really, although I may have gave the impression that I was a tad aloof. The funniest I can remember when we were all in the club bar (not saying which one) after a game, it was around 10. 10.30 at night, when the club phone rang and it was a players wife, asking if her husband was still there and if not where was he, the barman replied ''they are playing extra time love'' … Had to be there to appreciate it.
Hope he is still around and ok. Remember Ted.....

Bond, Dennis Went to same school as Den. Saw him play at Charlton, Watford, Spurs and England schoolboys. He had talent, also a chicken walk ??. I could not take football seriously, my thing was gymnastics. If Den reads this - I’m still plodding along!
