Birthplace: Bromley, Kent

Position: Full-back

Biography: Joined the London Stock Exchange at the end of the First World War and remains the only person to play in the First Division and work there at the same time. He was unable to stop the Blues dropping into the second division but continued to work in the City until 1954. He then became a Welfare Officer in Croydon until retiring in 1960. Died in June 1970. Was also a member of the FA Council.
