Biography: Signed by United for £700,000 in August 1984 after failing to settle at White Hart Lane, but he never really had a run in the team and struggled to become a first team regular with competition from the likes of Norman Whiteside, Mark Hughes and Frank Stapleton. He was allowed to join Coventry City in a deal which brought Terry Gibson to Old Trafford. Ran a pub in Ipswich called the Black Adder after a back injury ended his career, before embarking on a media career with Talksport where he is now a popular presenter. He splits his time between a home in London's Docklands and Suffolk where he ran a horse racing club.
