George Brown

Clubs played for: Wolverhampton Wanderers, Liverpool, Port Vale (1899-1905)




Biography: Left-winger. Scored twice on his Wolves debut, ironically, this was against Liverpool, the club he was to join two years later. Unfortunately he suffered a broken leg in only his second game for the Reds. Later worked in a factory in Bilston and died in 1945.
