Biography: Former Pompey youngster, born on the Isle of Wight, Lewis played 30 games before the arrival of Harry Redknapp and a hoard of new players meant that he struggled for match time. Moved to Stoke City in 2004 but made a real impression at Sheffield Wednesday where he was crowned their 'Player of the Year' in 2012/13. Retired in 2017 to co-found Human Experience Coaching and write a book called 'The Athletes Bible: High Performance Mindset' (available from Amazon!). Now lives in Manchester, is involved with management consultancy specialising in performance management and known as the 'Insight Coach'.
