Carmichael, Jack I played in the same team as "Jackie " Carmichael at Possilpark YMCA ,as well as Kenny Dalglish (Celtic), and Jonny (Dingy) Hamilton (Rangers). I was the very redheaded outside left(No.11), and I always remember Jackie as a very good footballing centre half with a higher than normal voice for a well built 15yr old. At Possilpark we had Ian Ross(Liverpool) and Jim McGill (Arsenal) in the under 18team. A great part of my life. I wonder if Jackie remembers some of these memories. Bob Dinnie was the inspirational manager of lots of aspiring young footballers in the 60,s and 70,s in the tenements of Glasgow.
