Biography: Casper was forced to retire from football in 2000, aged 24 after suffering a double leg fracture. He went on to coach Team Bath, before becoming Bury's youth team coach. In 2005, aged 29 he was appointed manager of Bury, making him the youngest manager in professional English football. He has since moved on to Bradford City as youth team manager and is currently the assistant manager of Grimsby Town.
