Birthplace: Newry, Northern Ireland

Position: Forward

Biography: An old fashioned centre forward born in Newry, Northern Ireland in 1962. He joined Saints from Bournemouth in 1986, and scored 20 goals in his first season and 16 in the next. The following year he had a brief loan back to Bournemouth before moving to QPR. He finished his playing career after a three year spell with Portsmouth which included the 1992 FA Cup semi final and replay. He scored 13 goals in 38 appearances for Northern Ireland during his spells with the three south coast clubs. Moving to the USA he moved into coaching in 1998 and then onto Puerto Rico Islanders in 2007 and within a year also took over as national coach
