Coddington, John John used to coach football at our school. Only a centre half for HTFC but very, very skilful to play against at that time. Would set up a game, then join the side that was losing, then that side would win by the odd goal. A big booming voice, deserved to do better as manager or coach. All the best for the future. Paul

Coddington, John Hello. Just thought you might like to know that Mel passed away on April 3 last year. He was in hospital having treatment for leukemia and caught covid. All this football reminded me of happier times. Love to you. Judith

Coddington, John His 50-yard run up to take a penalty kick which I never saw him miss and which unfailingly entered the upper left or right corner of the goal frame.
