Position: Centre-half

Biography: Former schoolboy international who signed pro terms in 1951 but he had to be content with a supporting role. He joined Luton Town in 1961 for £10,000 bringing to an end his ten year association with the club. He hails from Crewe where he now lives in retirement. He spent 14 years at Northwich Victoria as a player and in management before going to work for Prudential Insurance for 21 years until retiring.
