Biography: Irish international forward who was regarded as one of the best players in the Irish League while playing for Belfast Celtic. Crossed the water to Everton in 1934 for a fee of £2,750. His career was cut short by the outbreak of war and he died in 1981. One interesting fact - at one time, he was also Irish roller skating champion!
