Biography: Played most of his football in Devon having joined from Birmingham in 1957. Went into Estate Agency in Torquay and still lives in the town. (Turned out in over 250 league games for Torquay.)

Cox, Geoff I played bowls with geoff today, tuesday 17th july 2012. he plays at torquay bowling club. He lost his wife a year ago. He is a lovely man who has taught me a better bowls grip today and how to aim. Suffice to say, I beat a few of his bowls. Geoff has a fantastic sense of humour and talks lovingly of his years at Torquay United.
