Biography: A combatitive midfielder who joined Pompey from Spurs in January 2006 as part of a combined deal that also saw the arrival of Pedro Mendes, and Noe Pamarot. He had made his name at Fulham and was once called up to the full England squad but was not selected to play. Sean joined Bolton Wanderers in July 2009 on a free transfer, having been the subject of a £3 million bid by the same club, five months earlier, but had been turned down. Retired in 2012 and has since worked as a columnist and co-commentator at his old club Fulham. Converted to Christianity while at Pompey thanks to Linvoy Primus and Faith in Football.
