Birthplace: Broxburn, Scotland

Position: Striker

Biography: A prolific scoring record for East Stirling persuaded the Blues to pay £45,000 in February 1979 to lure him South. The fee is still a club record for his former employers, but he never settled in the capital and struggled to find his feet in the Football League. Make only three first team appearances and by November he was sold to Dundee United. Having continued his career in Scotland, he now lives in Bathgate, West Lothian and is managing director of a successful drainage company Euro Environmental Contracts.
