Birthplace: Liverpool

Position: Centre-forward

Biography: Liverpool born striker. Although the record books only show that he played less than 100 games in a red shirt, Done notched up 32 goals and this tally could have ben much higher had it not been for the outbreak of World War 2. Later managed Skelmersdale United and worked with a cancer charity. He died in 1993, on the same day as Bobby Moore.

Done, Cyril My Mum grew up In Norris Green by the Strand and used to see Cyril on the way to get the bus (or tram) to training. He had his boots hung over his shoulder - a far cry from today!
