Biography: In 1992, aged 28, Paul was Chelsea's Player of the Year when his career was ended as a result of a tackle which has since been the subject of media publicity, a court case and much discussion. Became a T.V. pundit and helper at the Chelsea's sponsorship office. Heavily involved with anti-racism initiatives and was awarded the MBE in 2003. (England under 21 international)
